You reserve a share of one of our beef. We work with you on a custom cut sheet (steak thickness, ground beef pack size, roast preferences, etc.) and then deliver it processed, vacuum-sealed, and ready for your freezer. A quarter share gives you a mix of every cut a steer produces — not just one section.
